Terms of use
Effective: 19 September 2026
Provider and data controller: Beijing Muqi Technology Co., Ltd. Contact us through the support form at https://pain-journal.cc/support.
Pain Journal is a tool for recording your own observations and communicating them to a healthcare professional. It does not diagnose conditions, recommend treatment, monitor emergencies or replace professional care. Body and organ models are general visual references, not your individual anatomy.
Record information as accurately as you can and review summaries before sharing them. Keep your own backups when needed. If you need urgent help, contact local emergency services; do not wait for a response from this app.
The service is provided by Beijing Muqi Technology Co., Ltd. Core local journaling is currently free. There are no in-app subscriptions in this version. You are responsible for keeping your device and account credentials secure and for reviewing the information you choose to share. Do not use the service to harm others, access another person's account or submit unlawful material.
Your entries remain yours. You permit us to process only the information you choose to send as described in the privacy policy. Local records may be lost if you uninstall the app, clear its storage or lose the device; make exports when needed. We may change or suspend features for maintenance, security or abuse. No uninterrupted availability, medical outcome or fitness for a clinical decision is promised. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Contact support about service disputes or privacy requests. Apple’s standard end-user license agreement applies to the iOS app: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
