Notice. Record. Bring your story.

Start with the time, location and intensity of pain. Add what you were doing, how sleep or daily tasks were affected, and anything you tried. A short description in your own words is useful; you do not need to identify a condition or an organ.

Muqi Pain Journal keeps core records on your device without requiring an account. View an entry without changing it, compare dated observations, then prepare a text summary when you are ready to share.

Made for different languages and different circumstances

The app and this website support English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, French, Arabic and Italian. You can choose a different language for summary headings. Your original notes remain unchanged; the app does not automatically translate your personal story.

You do not need a wearable or a continuous internet connection for core local journaling. Optional account functions use the internet. Cloud journal sync is currently disabled.
